Admissions procedures

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Level One and Two

  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • Medical certificate attesting no contraindication against undertaking the studies
  • 5 present colourful photos (passport-size), with full name on the reverse
  • Photocopy of Your passport
  • Application form and contract to fill in

PROCEDURES: STEP BY STEP

Recruitment lasts for the whole year:
  • for a winter term: until 30. September
  • for a summer term: until 30. January

1. First of all the candidates have to learn Polish language at the University (course for foreigners) because we don't offer any English studies for individual students and that is Euro 3100 for one year (payable direct at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan - www.uam.zgo.pl ).
But if there will be a group of at least 24 students it is possible to have it in English
 
2. After applying and paying for the Polish course candidates will receive an admission letter from the University and on this basis they can already apply for the Polish student visa at the Polish Embassy.
 
3.  Students from abroad are supposed to provide the Academy with:

  • a secondary school graduation certificate that allows them in their home country to go to a higher education facility. They need the legalization of their secondary-school certification (the original of this document has to be confirmed in the Ministry of Education or in the Polish Embassy to prove its authentity )

5. The above-mentioned documents have to be translated into Polish by a certified translator.
6. The insurance, board and lodgings have to be covered by themselves.
7. The candidates are obliged to pay tuition fees before commencing their studies at our Academy:

  • for a winter term till 31st August
  • for a summer term till 31st December

8. A study agreement will be signed with the candidate who meets these criteria to specify clearly and precisely mutual rights and obligations between the Academy and the student.

10.They have to find out in the Consulate or Embassy what needs to be done to get the Polish student visa.
