The Academy conducts I-level-Bachelor`s degree studies, II-level-Master`s degree studies and postgraduate studies on the grounds of legal regulations mentioned below:
The Law about the Higher Educational System from 27th July 2005 [legislation No. 164 item 1365].
By virtue of the decision No. DSW-3-Eko-4003-418/05 of the Minister on National Education and Sport from 5th July 2005 THE ACADEMY OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT AND CATERING INDUSTRY IN POZNAŃ received the right to conduct Master`s degree studies in Tourism and Recreation.
