LLP Erasmus is the European Programme which supports the mobility of third level students and staff throughout Europe. Academic exchange is facilitated through bilateral agreements with partner third level institutions. To study at Academy of Hotel Management and Catering Industry in Poznan, Poland your institution has to have such an agreement signed with us.
If your college or university is not on the list you may always suggest your Institutional Co-ordinator to contact us and sign a new one. Our Academy has been involved in the Programme for the last 7 years both sending and hosting students as well as faculty members within the European Union.
As an exchange student under the Programme you are entitled to spend a period of time, from one semester to one academic year, study at our Academy. As part of LLP Erasmus Programme, students get credits for the work done in the partner colleges towards their home award. This is achieved through a European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). ECTS makes it easier for institutions to recognize the learning achievements of students through the use of commonly understood measurements - credits and grades.
LLP Programme also supports the mobility of teaching staff between the partner Institutions for periods of 1 week to 3 months, thus introducing an international aspect to courses for all students.
Should you wish to come to our Academy as an Erasmus exchange student, please contact your Institutional co-ordinator and subsequently the co-ordinator of the Programme at the Academy of Hotel Management and Catering Industry: Mrs. Agata Nieboj at agata.nieboj@wshig.poznan.pl
