Get to know the educational facilities of the Academy of Hotel Management and Catering Industry in Poznan.

Students of the Academy of Hotel Management and Catering Industry in Poznan have modern didactic facilities which are located in two buildings at Nieszawa 19 street in Poznan. The usable area of the old didactic part is 5,455.08 m², while the new library and administrative space put into use in 2008 occupies 1296.51 m².

Reception desk 

On the first floor of the new part, in a spacious hall, the reception desk is located. From here you can take a panoramic elevator to each floor of the old or new part of the building. This allows students with mobility problems to reach any lecture or training room on their own.

Library, Rector's Office 

On the first floor, students can use a spacious library with an area of 347.5 m2. The second floor of the new part houses the Rector's Office, i.e. the offices of the Vice-Chancellor, Chancellor. On the last, third floor of the building there are two comfortable apartments for commuting lecturers.

Administration in the old part of the building 

The administrative offices in the old part of the building are: Student Services Department, the office of the Domestic and International Internship Department, the Catering Lab with a mirrored ceiling allowing students to observe food preparation technology, the office of the Marketing Department and the rooms of the Accounting Department, the Office of the Bursar, the Records Department, and the Cashier's Office.

Workrooms 

In the old part of the building, on the first floor, there is also the Barmaid Training Room and the Versailles Restaurant, as well as the modern Beverly Hills movie restaurant and the office of the Catering Manager and Chef with professional kitchen facilities, where students of Hotel Management and Catering specialties learn how to prepare dishes and serve consumers. In the Winter Garden, located next to the Academy, the pleasant atmosphere encourages relaxation and team-building meetings.

Facilities 

Due to the huge interest of students in physical fitness classes, the Academy has provided a fitness room with modern exercise equipment. All the classrooms are supplied with modern audio-visual facilities and teaching resources.
