• application form (download here)
• a copy of the university diploma (bachelor's, engineer's or master's degree) or a photocopy of the diploma certified to be a true copy of the original
• 2 ID photos (signed with name and surname)
• proof of payment of enrollment fee

Attention: Students of Hotel Management and Catering specialization as well as all those who want to go for the internship should do a carrier test (in Sanepid). On its basis a doctor of occupational medicine issues a certificate for people working in the process of production and marketing of food, which should be delivered at the beginning of the academic year or before leaving for the practice in case of zero practice.
