Required documents

Review the list of required documents:

• original or a copy of the secondary school leaving certificate to be inspected
• a copy of the diploma with a suplement
• 3 current color photographs, size 35×45 mm
• short copy of marriage certificate (in case of name change)
• a copy of disability certificate, if any
• information concerning documents for foreigners
